Flexible, Tailored Solutions

Taking account of the current uncertain business climate, our pricing and delivery does not require you to sign up for a long term contract – we price and deliver each phase as a stand-alone, and when you are ready to proceed we move to the next phase of delivery.

Using real time cloud based reporting apps, you view an enterprise heat map of multiple projects in one dashboard, showing: timing, organisational capacity and readiness, codesign requirements, and stakeholder availability, and conflicts with BAU busy periods.

Through facilitation of mini-projects we enhance or create in-house skills around managing improvement initiatives, analysing data, creating value maps, processes and adapting processes and service models.

Testimonials

Alex Player
Executive Director, Enterprise Projects & Business Performance – RMIT University

Tabatha worked successfully with us to establish RMIT’s first Enterprise Change practice which aligned our Operational service delivery areas, Portfolios and Colleges on how we execute change through our strategic portfolio. Tabatha developed the Enterprise Change model, methodology and principles for how we deliver change. Her work behind the scenes to drive the alignment with the different leadership teams to be more proactive on the change front resulted in the establishment of a University wide change network. This network has given us the foundation to drive a more consistent experience and lift the overall levels of engagement, commitment and ownership for project change by our business leaders.

Tabatha also developed our Enterprise Change Heat Maps, which provide us with great visibility across the whole organisation of how our many diverse stakeholder groups are impacted by and involved in our portfolio of enterprise projects. The value of the change heat maps is the decision making confidence it gives us with a view across the portfolio that was not there before. This has improved our portfolio governance controls and also facilitated greater adoption by stakeholders because we are able to schedule and prioritise projects to better adjust for our stakeholders BAU commitments.

I have been fortunate to work with Tabatha during her time at RMIT, my team and I are richer for it. RMIT is an extremely complex organisation that is in a perpetual state of change but was embarking on a transformational change when Tabatha joined us. Tabatha approached our teams with authenticity and genuine care. She took time to understand the prevailing politics, concerns, staff capabilities and potential blockers to change success. I have never seen such a thorough and well documented and well understood approach to the process.

In addition she identified key staff and was willing to take the time to mentor them (something that has continued even after her time at RMIT – as I said she is genuine in her approach). All this background stood Tabatha in good stead to have difficult conversations and to advocate for a clear path forward when it seemed difficult to achieve. I have no hesitation in recommending Tabatha for any organisation looking to take teams through change in a way that is positive and leaves people in a better place than where they started. The work place is better for having had Tabatha’s contribution to it. Thanks Tabatha

Tabatha has an incredible capacity to very respectfully, engage a group of individuals and give each person an opportunity to be genuinely heard. I have always felt that my contribution to the discussion was appreciated and considered. This is tricky to achieve as the room often contained several players all coming from differing agendas and viewpoints, yet Tabatha always made me feel comfortable in terms of sharing my views without being judged.

Due to her expertise in change, each meeting was a learning opportunity, her approach and view is refreshing and unlimited by the typical constraints. As a business owner, she always made things easier by cutting through the complexity and bringing a clear and simple request for what was needed or how I could contribute to the projects.
